Common buyer questions

Free notes are delivered instantly upon order submission. Paid notes require manual verification: once you upload your proof of payment, the administrator will verify the transaction. Upon verification, your notes are shared with you immediately.

Because payments are made directly to the creator's UPI address (avoiding high platform processing fees), uploading a screenshot allows us to manually verify your transaction and grant access to the notes as fast as possible.

If the notes are delivered via Google Drive access, they are shared with the email address you entered during checkout. Go to Google Drive (drive.google.com), log in on that email, and navigate to the "Shared with me" tab to access your materials.

Please check your Spam, Updates, or Promotions folders, as emails containing attachment files or Google Drive notification links can occasionally be filtered. If it is still missing after 1-2 hours (for paid notes), reach out using the contact form above, providing your Order ID and name.
